- We do not take reservations. Walk-in only — please come as you are.

- 10:00–17:00, closed Tuesdays.
- Can I buy beans to take home?
- Yes — beans roasted at our Shirafushi roastery are sold by the bag, from the Original Blend (¥3,000) to the Geisha gift (¥16,000). Drip packs are also available.
- What is the signature drink?
- Our signature is a bowl of matcha latte met by a single shot of espresso — stone-ground matcha and espresso, the house cup of BONGEN.

- Most items are priced around ¥3,000–¥16,000. Prices shown at the shop are authoritative.
